Equipment, not installation
HVAC On Sale sells heating and cooling equipment: central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, gas furnaces, air handlers, packaged units and the parts that go with them. We do not install. That split is on purpose. It lets us keep prices at sale level, and it lets you hire whichever licensed contractor you trust for the labor, or do the work yourself where the law and the manufacturer allow it.
Based in Pensacola, shipping to the lower 48
We are in Pensacola, Florida, on a coast where the air conditioner runs eight months a year and a heat pump handles the rest. That shapes what we stock and what we recommend: equipment that holds up to salt air and humidity, sized correctly so it actually dehumidifies instead of short-cycling. Orders ship by freight to any address in the 48 contiguous states.
What "on sale" means here
It means we quote the price we can actually sell at, not a list price with a discount painted on. Manufacturer promotions, overstock and end-of-season inventory are passed through as they come, and the equipment is always new, boxed and covered by the manufacturer's full parts warranty.
How we work with you
- You tell us what you have or what you need. A model number and a photo of the old unit's data plate is ideal. Square footage and a description of the space works too.
- We size and match the system, then send an itemized written quote by email, usually within one business day.
- You approve, pay, and the equipment ships freight to your curb. You inspect it before signing for it.
- If a question comes up during installation, email us. We would rather answer it than see a good system installed wrong.
